Hi,
Do you have any problems with IP or hostname connection?
Also I consider that we could try to uninstall the RDP client v10.5.x.
Then install any client v10.3.x to check.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Best Regards,
Carl
Microsoft Remote Desktop unable to connect "Error Code 0x108"
Hi Sir,
My Microsoft Remote Desktop worked fine before, but it kept showing an error (Error Code 0x108) when I tried to connect the EC2 Windows instance yesterday. I've tried to reboot my EC2 instance, it's able to connect windows instance shortly, but doesn't function well, then disconnect again.
I'm using Mac Big Sur (11.2.1), Microsoft Remote Desktop 10.5.1, and I didn't do any changes or updates on my local machine, and also EC2 works well. Please help to solve this issue. Thank you!!

2023-06-24T06:37:58.8533333+00:00 There's a possibility that the Local Session Manager is the culprit because of some user stuck/didn't exit the session correctly. The solution can be follows.
- Turn off "Require devices to use Network Level Authentication to connect" in remote desktop settings on the server machine.
- Connect again with client. This time Windows would ask for authentication after you made the connection in.
- Enter password.
- After you have successfully logged in using the legacy way, turn the "Network Level Authentication" back on.
There you have it.
