Can we provision AKS clusters on the free tier with no charge?

I had a question about about AKS and what I can logically do in the free tier. Is it possible to spin up a cluster (of some node count/size) without incurring any charges on my subscription in the free tier?

    Take advantage of no-charge cluster management and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is always free product.
