Payment Refund not recieved !!

I received an email from Microsoft the my XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE was cancelled and payment was refunded ! However , first-of-all , I didn't cancel my XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE SUBSCRIPTION , and secondly i didn't received any refunds ! My questions are , what are the steps I can take ? , and , how long can it take for the refund ?

Please help as soon as possible , that would be greatly appreciated !!
