Can't send notifications to users of our app from the dev centre at the moment

We keep getting the text an 'An error occurred. Please try again later.' every time we try to send a notification to users. This has been happening since last Friday the 6th Dec 2019. We use the service as a vital part of our communications. Can someone from Microsoft please look at this for us?

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

    I could reproduce this issue with a test app that already in the store. When I want to send a notification by clicking the Send button, the page navigates to another page and shows the same error text as you said-‘An error occurred. Please try again later.’

    Could you please tell me your app's App ID so I could send it to the team for further discussion?
