So I've setup everything for a server to work.... I think. I've setup servers in the past but I recently reset my pc and now it isn't working I think it is my public ip but I'm not sure.
Not sure if right tag.

Assuming of course that you have verified that some process is actually listening on that port.

If you think that your wifi forwarding is correct, then run Tcpview and make sure that some process is listening on port 25565.

In the "State" column look for "Listening". Then look for 25565 in the "Local port" column.
