Remove Azure AD Sync registration from Azure tenant

Hi,

I have removed (reimaged) Azure AD Sync server without properly uninstall and unregister Azure AD Sync.

Is it possible to unregister Azure AD Sync for a tenant from azure cloud shell or from Azure portal?
