Setting a default for cascading parameters

I have 4 cascading parameters in a report. Need functionality for parameters 2 - 3 to set the default only if the number of selectable options are a single option in the dropdown. Otherwise use "-Select-" as the default. Is this possible?

    As far as I know, it does not seem to meet your needs in SSRS.
