VPN connection has conflict with FTP on windows 10

Question

Hello, I have VPN connection for connecting to the Internet via Mikrotik switch. Also, I wrote static routes to connect to local network and other servers while I use VPN connection. All things worked correctly until I changed my windows. When I connect my VPN connection in windows 10 I cannot copy or paste files from FTP server smoothly it takes too long for me. For example copping a file with 100 MB takes 5 min. When I disconnect my VPN connection my problem is solves. What is my problem? please help me. * I have not had any changes in my network just I changed my windows 7 to windows 10. * I wrote static route for my FTP ip ( in fact for my whole internal network) and it worked correctly before. Although, it works correctly and I can browse FTP now, I cannot copy or paste from and to FTP smoothly. It takes too time and it is very very slowly. * I do not have same problem with other servers.

For slow performance issue, tracing and monitoring logs should be necessary if there is no specific event/error about the problem. However, analysis of log is beyond our forum support level and due to forum security policy, we have no such channel to collect user log information. So we recommend you open a case with MS Professional tech support service, they will help you open a phone or email case to Microsoft, so that you would get a technical support on a one-to-one basis while ensuring private information.

It is very odd. I had not this problem before with windows 7. I have problem with vpn connection and windows 2019 or windows 10.
Data transfers slowly. Is it problem with SMB protocol on windows 10 and 2019?
