Having issue with mine craft in Azure VM -dez$a: GLFW error 65542: WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL

we have issue in starting minecraft in Azure server. the issue thrown is GLFW error 65542: WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL Any suggestions?
