The search is not working properly

Hello, When I trying to find a file so it is doesn't working properly! For example I am trying to find text file thats are located in the desktop: ![72744-111.png][1] and it does not work: ![72745-222.png][2] Windows Server 2019 [1]: /api/attachments/72744-111.png?platform=QnA [2]: /api/attachments/72745-222.png?platform=QnA

Does this occur to specific type of file only? How about any programs?

If you search from This PC, can you find any files?

How many items are indexed? Have you tried the troubleshooter? Have you tried rebuilding the index? Try those and then reboot.

Verify that the indexing service is running and has the correct folders configured.

Personally, I prefer to use Agent Ransack to search for files.
