Removing encryption from my files in word

I have had to move all my documents into Onedrive at work and one of my documents I have been typing for one of my other systems won't accept it when I copy and paste it. Is this because it has encryption hidden? If so, how do I remove the encryption from my own word document? If I can't do this, it means I have to retype my entire document again and not save it in the One drive, which will take me hours. Please help

    Hi Jean @Jean Bean73

I would like to check does the word File has full Permissions ?

You can access these permissions by right-clicking on a file or folder, choosing Properties and then clicking on the Security tab. To edit permissions for a particular user, click on that user and then click the Edit button.
