Can I use Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask in Azure Function and for commercial using?

I am using Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask in Azure Function, and want to depoly it to Azure then let end-user to use it. I will create contract with the end-users, ask them to give me some money per month, so the Azure Function is for commercial using. I am confused with "use the software for commercial software hosting services." in the license of Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask. https://www.microsoft.com/web/webpi/eula/aspnetcomponent_rtw_ENU.htm Does it mean that I cannot use Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask for commercial using?

The GitHub Repo for the Durable Task Extension mentions it is under the MIT License which is permissive as long as the license text is included when shipping software.

But do note that IANAL and it would best to work with a lawyer to better understand any potential legal issues you may run into for your specific scenario.

I am sorry I have other 2 questions related your answer.

I downloaded Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask from Nuget page as folow (not from the Github) https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask/
In the Nuget page, it shows the license is EULA so I am confused if it is really MIT.

Let's assume that it is MIT, but it contains many components such as Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Core.
And from this Nuget page, it seems Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Core is EULA.

So, my second question is, if a MIT library (Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.DurableTask) contains a EULA component (Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Core), can I still use it for commercial using?

@Yuanwei Lei I believe it would be best to confirm the LICENSE on the repo itself by creating an issue to clarify.

Again, based on the GitHub Repo for the WebJobs SDK, the license there also seems to be MIT. It would be best to confirm that on the repo too.
