Unable to submit Certification Profile - Reported service interruption

I am trying urgently to book my AZ-900 Exam but over the last two weeks, every time I try to submit the certification profile. I get the message '50041: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction.' and cannot proceed any further. Please can you advise ow I can fix this so I can book my certification exam. Thanks in advance
