Restoring a backup to a new server

Actually, I bought myself a Windows Server for the place of a self-assembled PC from corexiumit. I installed Vista on a new PC, made a Backup on the old one, now the actual question is how can I restore all sites on a new PC from a backup from the old one. I would like to download the backup button and not just download it.
Well, or tell me how to implement this in the console. And upload a new backup to the server.

    What is the backup tool do you use to backup the old server, and what is the file do you backup on the old one?
