Exam scheduled but I can't log in

Hi, I have several times did the check (OnVUE) and it was correct but the exam doesn't come. Screen stays white. I used the link in the e-mail, I used the dashboard but both don't give any result; blank screen.My exam is scheduled at 10:45 CET but I can't log in because it doesn't show the exam screen
