I have a requirement that when a users name is searched in Microsoft Search the result should be displayed in Peoples tab.

In Organization level search People tab is available and the result is shown.

However in the site search no result is shown and there is no People tab

Now i saw few articles to activate organization level search on site level using power shell. But I dont want to do that .

All I want is that people tab is available in site search as well showing people result without disrupting the actual site search functionality.

Please let m know if its possible and how.

    Hi, @Pushpanjay Umrao ,

Per my test and knowledge, we cannot make the site level search to display the people vertical. And according to your description, using PowerShell or change site search settings to directly use the organizational search result page is not a acceptable either. You can post your idea in UserVoice or get a service request about this.
