There isn't any Graph APIs for managing Word documents. There has been feedback submitted for this feature; feel free to upvote. However, you can manage list items through the OneDrive or SharePoint API sets. With the OneDrive beta APIs, you do something like create a file through a local or cloud app and upload the file to the designated location.
