Re: Azure devOps. What is the major difference betweem CMMI or Agile template for a team of users?

I am setting up an azure devop site for a team of users. CMMI and Agile template seem similar, what are the strengths of each. Ie. if we wanted to tract UAT could you do this within the app without adding a new 'state'?
