Sync stopped. A problem occurred

An unexpected error occurred. (0x80041006). See attachment. The problem happens on several computers with Windows 10 when using Work Folders. Sync doesn't work anymore.

All clients are Windows 10, server is Windows Server 2016 version 1607.

Experts - do you have any hints how to resolve the issue?

    Hi ,

    What's the OS version of your windows 10? 2004 or 20H2? When did this issue start to occur? Before the issue happened, did you do any modifications? Or install any updates?

    Make sure you have patched your windows 10 with fully windows updates.

    Windows version is 2004. It started to happen after December 8th updates. All updates have been installed up to date.

    When trying to open files from Work folders it shows blue arrows in a circle for most files and then comes up with error: The cloud operation was unsuccessful (see screenshot), and after that status becomes cross in a red circle.

    Dear CandyLuo, please see screenshots from Event Viewer. There are many events like these.

    By the way I have upgraded one laptop to 20H2, issue persists.
