Selective routing troubles

Some of our customers are experiencing service outage and some are not. There are no performance issues on the VMs. There's a load balancer in front pointing towards 2 production VMs, all in "North Europe" region. I don't really know what to do, as far as we can see there seems to be no problems with the server, but some of our clients simply can't access our services. Are there currently any Internet routing outages or problems? How do I even troubleshoot this? Very thankful for any help...
