Bluetooth keyboard Logitech K380 not detected in RD Client

I’m using iPadOS 14.4, and Logitech K380. My keyboard works fine in other apps. However, in RD Client I can only type in the login page, and after I log in, I can not type anything.
When I check “Input Devices” settings, I can’t find my keyboard’s name. However, my Bluetooth mouse can be detected.

    Hello @Jerry Zhong

    I found several workaroundS you might take a try:

    1.On Remote Desktop session go to Window > User Name > Sing out (log off the session instead of disconnecting to see how it works.) At next sign-in the keyboard worked again;

    2.Restarting the remote computer;

    3.update the operating system and install all the hotfixes;

    4.Go to control panel - ease of access - make keyboard easer to use, then turn off "turn on filter keys";

    5.Change the keyboard combination in the Local Resources tab of the RDP entry to On the remote session and/or On the local computer to see if that help.

    Best Regards
    Karlie
