Hi, I am confused, is it possible to open a new support request in support plan basic or not? I got contradictional replies? BR F

    Yes, it is possible to raise SR with basic plans but with limitations like we can raise it for billing and subscription related issues but not for other technical issues related to azure services and no 24x7 support.
