Microsoft Learning Dashboard can't access my Certificate

Hi Team,

I have passed my AZ-300 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies. Exam on June 9,2020. I still not able to see my Certificate. is there a way I can reach a team over the phone call. Appreciate.
