Cannot schedule an exam

Hi. I'm trying to schedule the AI-900 Exam, using a discount (attending an event) and we the page redirects to the Pearson VUE page, it shows an error page saying that "We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam." I've used my personal email to register, and then associated my business email to get the discounts.
