Migrate Azure Hybrid to Cloud Azure AD

Question

Hi there, we have an Hybrid Azure Architecture in our environment. Local Ad, some local on-premise server and almost all production is just on azure cloud. We would like to migrate all on cloud, exclude AD Connect and start to use just Azure Cloud AD as primary environment. What are steps to do this? Is there a Microsoft procedure to do this? thanks so much
