Can the system font be changed for a specific language only?

I recently changed my system font to one that only supports English characters. So when Japanese text is displayed, a different font is used. So I know there is a default Japanese font assigned somewhere. However, I don't like it and want to change it while retaining the current English font.

Hi,
I consider that you could y look in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts registry key to see if you may be able to see what is being used instead.
