Disable print menu in IE but still be able to print

Hello, is there any option to disable print menu and automatically print page in IE? I have medical program which prints some documents throught Internet Explorer and there is print menu where I can choose printer every time I want to print documents. Sometimes there are for example 5 documents to print and people must click print 5 times. I found GPO option to disable this, but then I cannot print documents at all with this option enabled.
I found VB script, too, but it is page related, not browser or OS related.
Do you know any option to bupass this, or set it default, etc?

We use medical program which have option to generate patients illness history in two standards - program's default format and government format (some kind of XML). We are changing from program's format to government format. Some patients want their history on paper, if it was generated in program's format, program handles printing and allows to remember settings (such as printer, paper size and tray, etc). If it is government format history, it must be printed thought Internet Explorer and when you check f.e. 5 documents in government format and click print in medical program, it pops up 5 windows as below (one for every document) to change print settings. And if in one window you will change printer, on next changes will be discarded. I want to not display this window and at least print it on default printer.

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

My understanding is you do not want the print preview page popped out when print from IE. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Please refer to the method in the following thread:

    Bypass Printdialog in IE9

And for setting default printer, please configure on the printer side.

    Best Regards,
    Sunny

Partially yes, but maybe this description will help:

    • in program we generate two documents with different format - one with structure handled by program and other based on government requirements (which will be default soon - all different medical programs in country should generate the same structured documents)
    • if you choose program's format document and click print it prepares print, pops out (or not) printer settings window (which can be configured and disabled) and print document - all computers are preconfigured so this window doesn't appear.
    • if you choose goventment format and click print, it prepares print, pops out window as above where you must click "Print"
    • if you want to print 5 documents with government format, you choose them, click print, it prepares print, you must click "Print", it prepares print and you must click "Print" and so on for all 5 documents.

I was messageing with program producent if they can do "disableable" window with goventment format document but they said:
"unfortunately, the 'government format' documents, the structure of which we have no influence, require the use of a system browser for printing (Internet Explorer) to look correct. Here, however, the problem arises that the browser cannot be controlled to such a large extent as if we had to do it to do so. "
So I was looking to 'not to display' printer settings window while printing in Internet Explorer. I cannot do that on page directly, only available optionscould be in OS, on Internet Explorer or some kind of addon.
