How to use the JSON file from Download your data on your profile?

Hi folks, I'm looking for a best practice or some method that I can use in order to read the JSON file which exist under your profile/Settings - Download Your Data (I'm talking about this site). I'm trying to get the info into a Power Bi so I can show some metrics about how many courses I've complete and perhaps how many hours did I spent on each one and as a total. Thanks!
