Extension Dialing

Hey Everyone,

I have a client that just purchased 5 Microsoft Business Voice license and want's to move completely to cloud PBX. He currently has a few sites with the following attributes set for his phone numbers in AD +14501111111;ext=1280. Is it possible to dial from an AA to this extension or can you only use the DID which was associated with the user when he purchased the license +14502222222.

My guess is you can use his number, but just want to be sure. Also is there anything i need to modify for it to work with a 4 digit extension

    Yes，Auto Attendants can route calls by dialing people by name or extension. The following picture shows each way for Auto attendance.
