c:\$Extended\$Deleted is taking most of my disk space and can't be freed

I have a new PC with window 10 PRO with 1000GB disk space. After about a month working with it I'm running low on disk space because c:\$Extended\$Deleted is taking hunderds of GB of diskspace most of my disk space and can't be freed. I've tried rebooting but it didn't fee the disk space. How can I get back my disk space?
