Some users on ipad can not see the shared screen in Teams

We run classes on Teams, around 60 participants. 4-5 of them are unable to see the speaker's shared screen.

They have sent screenshots of their problem. They just see a large picture of the speaker's initials. They have tried every available function on the screen, turnering off and on the ipad, uninstalling+ reinstalling the Teams app. We are unable to reproduce the issue.

What's causing the problem, and how can we help them?

    Does this issue exist all the time?

    Can they see the shared screen in another device?

    Can they reproduce this issue on Teams web client?
    If you are Teams admin, we recommend you log in Teams admin center and check these user’s meeting policy to see if they have enabled Screen Share mode in Content Sharing.
