Win 10 machines neither getting daily updates nor policies from SCCM CB

Hi Team,

We are in the process of migrating from TrendMicro ( On-prem Set up) to Windows defender ATP . We are removing Trendmicro from machines using TM Cuttool and cuttool is pushed via SCCM to bulk machines . Cuttool installed successfully could see TM application removed from Appwiz however defender service is not turning ON and AV is disabled . MS advised to change the defender data collection registry key to 0 post which defender service is started however machine is not getting daily updates or policy from SCCM. Kindly assist
