M365 Multi-Geo User Configuration

Just a fairly simple question regarding M365's Multi-Geo capability.

Based on the premise that a single user account could belong to multiple tenants, and the geo settings are done by the administrators on the tenant level, what if we have say, Peter (a random user) under two tenants, ContosoEnergy and ContosoManufacturing, and both tenants have configured different geos in order to store data? If this is a valid case, then do we get to assign which part of data to be stored at which geo among those two sets of geos for ContosoEnergy and ContosoManufacturing?

Thanks fam.

    @Juliet

    A single user account cannot belong to multiple tenants.

    If the administrator set Multi-Geo in a tenant, data can be stored according to the user's Preferred Data Location(PDL).
