Is there a way to create a list view in a matrix format?

Hello,

Our case is that we have SharePoint 2016 and there is a custom list where we want to create a view having two grouping levels but to be shown in a matrix format so is this possible?

    According to my experience, the view cannot be designed like this.
    As a workaround, you could create a dep column(choice type) and status1 column and status2 column.
