Not able to schedule an exam

Hi Team

I am facing an issue while trying to book for exam.

Error: 50041: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

I have tried the forums for a solution but that is not working.

Please suggest / help on how do i proceed with certification

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
