Only admin no longer has access to MFA devices

Hi,

I am the sole admin of an Azure tenant, unfortunately i have recently changed my phone (and number) so can longer access my MFA options. I previously had my mobile phone setup as a text and call AuthN option along with the Microsoft Authenticator App (not backed up). As i mentioned, i have recently changed my phone number and phone so can't access either of these nor is there any other admin in the tenant that i can use to reset or update my MFA settings.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are locked out! You said that there are no other admins on the tenant and if that's the case you can reach out to Azure Data Protection, who can help you with this. Their number is (866-807-5850).
