Hi Everyone, I am having the following problem every day at the same time and on the same servers. My environment: 6 FE Skype for Business 2015 latest CU and SQL hotfixes 2 BackEnd All FE servers are running the same hardware: 96GB Memory and 4x16 vCore CPU no any difference between fe servers Only 2 front-end servers fail at the same time every day with the following error. Users connected to these FE servers drop out of the conference and cannot connect to Skype for a while till they switch another front-end CPU usage does not exceed 40% at the time of the problem. Each FE contains 2.000 users I had already set these changes but no luck o Click the Advanced tab. o Click Small Rx Buffers and increase the value to 8192. o Click Rx Ring #1 Size and increase the value to 4096. On VMXNET3 ethernet: o Click Receive Side Scaling (RSS) and select Enable Event 32081 Description: The Audio/Video Conferencing Server is overloaded causing degradation of Audio/Video Quality. Audio/Video Conferencing Server: durant.domainname.intra; Failure information: 0 Cause: The media quality alarm means that the Audio and Video quality will be severely impacted. It may be caused by any of the three events: AVMCU_W_HEALTH_STATE_VIDEO_DEGRADED (Id:32035). This event implies that the Audio/Video Conferencing Server is lightly loaded and multi-view video is going to be degraded. AVMCU_W_HEALTH_STATE_WARNING (Id:32013). This event implies that the Audio/Video Conferencing Server is overloaded and audio and video quality is going to be degraded. AVMCU_E_HEALTH_STATE_CRITICAL(Id: 32014) This event implies that the Audio Video Conferencing server is severely overloaded, audio and video quality is going to be degraded. Additionally, the Audio Video Conferencing server will not be able to accept new conferences. New sessions to this server will be rejected until the health is in degraded state Resolution: Reduce the load on the affected machine to allow more CPU resources for the Audio/Video Conferencing Server. event: 32035 Description: Internal Audio/Video Conferencing Server health monitoring has detected that Audio/Video Conferencing Server is running at a moderate capacity. Audio/Video Conferencing Server Pool: durant.domainname.intra Health State: 0 Cause: Audio/Video Conferencing Server has reached moderate capacity. Resolution: This event implies that the Audio/Video Conferencing Server is not getting optimal amount of CPU. Conferences will experience degradation in the video experience with slower frame rates. As a result, the video experience for the end-user will be less fluid. Check that the number of active conferences and number of users in the conference corresponds with your expected usage model.

Problem was related VMware cluster environment. The vmware host where skype servers are located was having a CPU bottleneck problem. The problem was resolved when we moved the servers to a more empty vmware cluster environment.

    Hi @Bugra Keskin

According to it, I suggest you could try the following changes:
Power Options set to High Performance (control panel).
    Enable Receive Side Scaling (NIC).
Small Rx set to 4096 (NIC).
    SmallRxRing#1 set to 8192 (NIC).
    2 processors with 2 cores a piece @ 2.90GHZ.
Increase RAM from 8GB to 12GB.
