Hi, we licensed a microsoft 356 Family and want also to use SharePoint Online Pack 1. How is it possible to use the already given accounts with SharePoint Online and who is the usage of the OneDrive from the Family Licences and SharePoint Online. Thanks for your help Best Regards

    Hi, @Theo356 ,

    According to your description, you want to use SharePoint Online for the accounts subscribe for M365 family? If so, AFAIK you need to upgrade the family plan to business like this article. And we mostly handle technical discussions in this form. You can ask in the Answers forum for issue with subscription.
