How to I make Virtual Machine with Windows 2016 Server avaliable to my local network

I started a virtual machine through Azure services. Loaded with Windows server 2016. I need help with getting the virtual server to be found on my local network so I can utilize file server and domain controller

to connect the Azure infrastructure with your local, on-premises network to use local IT components like AD you need to set up a VPN Gateway with Site To Site connection:
