    Hey @Firdhouse, Raseeth

    I would suggest contacting your internal IT department, the administrators there should be able to assist with reset of MFA configuration or tuning of relevant conditional access policies.

    You can also look for other options within the MFA prompt, perhaps your administrator has pre-configured a mobile phone which may receive SMS MFA prompts.
