Where to post a question concerning a locally installed TFS 2013... Not in the cloud

Question

Could somebody point me in the right direction. I have TFS 2013 loaded on a server. Not doing anything with the cloud. All within our network. Having problems doing a build on TFS and would like to post a question but I cannot seem to find the right page to make the post.

Also it seems that none of the tags have anything to do with TFS.

Thanks... seeing lots of stuff to read that does not pertain... need to ask a question. Not seeing anywhere to ask. Probably just open a support request in the morning.
