Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

In order to have a better understand of your issue, please try to provide us with more related information about your issue:
- What email account are you using? Outlook.com email account or O365 email account? or others?
- Are you using Outlook desktop clients?
- What exactly do you mean here by "cannot get it accessed from my 3 different locations"? You cannot configure this email account to different devices? Or cannot sync your mailbox items different devices?
If you encountered issues that cannot sync your mailbox items different devices, please check what type of account did you configure your email account as. As I know, in Outlook desktop client, different types of email account can sync items in your mailbox. If you want to sync all your mailbox items, it is suggested for you to configure your email account as Exchange account in Outlook.
