Outlook Add-ins for Office 365 Personal

Get Add-ins is greyed out for Outlook. I have an Office 365 Personal subscription. I am able to search the Microsoft Store for add-ins over Excel and PowerPoint but the same is not possible for Outlook. This problem has been addressed in other threads but for Office 365 for business. How to solve it for Office 365 Personal for Outlook?
