
Here, I am assuming that you are using the MS Edge (Chromium) browser.
If you are using any VPN then for testing purposes, try to disable the VPN and again try to visit the site.
If the issue persists then clear every kind of data (history, cache, cookies, passwords) about this site. Visit the site again.
If you still see the same error then go to Internet Options-> Connections tab-> LAN Settings
and make sure that the Use a proxy server for your LAN option is unchecked.
