Is Discount Computer Depot a Microsoft authorized refurbisher?

I was wondering if this user on ebay was an authorized user, they stated that they were a microsoft authorized refurbisher, I wanted to make sure this was true.

    That name does not appear to be in the current directory. You can check for yourself:
