There is a newly relase of teams (testing release):
http://packages.microsoft.com/repos/ms-teams/pool/main/t/teams-insiders/teams-insiders_1.3.00.14051_amd64.deb

It is temas-inssider ( a testing release). I have tested it today, but there isn't any of the new expected features: Hands UP, 3x3 and background effects.

When will these features be available? two/three/four months?

    Hi RodriguezGarciaJoseLuis-7311!

I tried to install Teams insiders on Ubuntu 19.10 but unfortunately these functions (raise hands and mouse pointer bug) still cannot be completed in it.

It recommends you try to vote for it in Microsoft Teams UserVoice:

Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience, some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.

Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
