HPC Pack 2016 Cluster Manager won't start

Question

After installing the HPC Pack 2016, I'm unable to launch the HPC Cluster Manager. I get the following error...

"Failed to connect to the following service(s) on the head node: diagnostics service."

I've looked and all HPC services are running. When looking in event viewer, I see the following event multiple times in a row..

Windows Error Reporting, Event ID 1001:
Fault bucket, type 0
Event Name: CLR20r3
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: HpcDiagnosticsStateful.exe
P2: 5.0.5826.0"

Any ideas?
