Change my profile name

Hello, I have created a request to change my legal name in the certification profile since last Monday and I still have no response. They have told me that there is an incident that does not allow them to update my profile and when it is solved they would proceed with the modification, but it has been 5 days and it has not been solved. Please, would you need a solution to be able to schedule the certification exam. Thanks a lot.
