Hi,
I'm working in a personal new project, using a stm32 to "simulate" a mouse. I don't want the standard mouse (3 buttons, wheel...) i would like to have 12 buttons.
My question, how many buttons accept the custom windows driver? I would have to develop a specific driver? Where i can find this information?

And other question, the x and y if i'm not wrong are 8-bit vectors. Windows standard driver (Mouse compatible with HID) accpets 16-bits vectors for x and y?
