Status information is currently unavailable for this deployment

Question

Hello everyone,
we have SCCM 1810 installed with latest hot fix installed Hot-fix Roll up KB4488598.
The issue is that when i click on Content status and click any applicaiton to view status it shows black and for each apps and updates it shows... Status information is currently unavailable for this deployment....
screentshots attached.

For each package it shows the same error...
Kindly help...

Hi @Dev99 00 ,

Have you tried running the summarization and refresh again?

Check the other tabs too in order to see on which step the content is in, or, you can monitor the content distribution from the distmgr.log file located in "ConfigMgr Install Directory\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs"

Please note also that ConfigMgr 1810 version is out of support, you have to upgrade ASAP to still supported and up-to-date. You can follow the below guide to upgrade to 1910 then 2010 version.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

It's recommended that we could use the SSRS reports instead of the console reports, because it may not give you correct/updated results and is slow as well.
Here is a similar scenario may for you to refer to:

Does it means these clients the deployment are succeeded but do not show correct results in console reports?
Assuming the clients get the policy correctly, for troubleshooting to the deployment of the application, did you check the appenforce.log and app detection on client side?
